Elvis in C-Major Bourrée

Work-in-Progress Showing #1
Work-in-Progress Showing #2

Elvis in C-Major Bourrée is a dance-theater work loosely inspired by the subversive dance movements of Elvis Presley. Performed as a tragic and humorous duet for two women with trembling limbs, the piece translates the idiosyncrasies of Elvis' character and body language into a quivering and vivacious movement vocabulary.
